Datepace Terms of Use

Last updated: July 19, 2026

By using Datepace, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

What Datepace is

Datepace analyzes a screenshot of a dating-app conversation you provide and returns a momentum assessment and a suggested next step. It is a decision-support tool, not a matchmaking or messaging service, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome — a date, a reply, or a relationship. Recommendations are generated by an AI model and may be wrong, generic, or not fit your situation; use your own judgment before sending anything.

Your responsibilities

Subscriptions

Datepace Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Pricing is shown in the app and in the App Store listing at time of purchase.

The free tier includes a limited number of scans per week. Datepace Pro removes that limit and adds match history and a weekly digest.

No warranty

Datepace is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will improve your dating outcomes. Momentum scores and recommendations are estimates generated by an AI model, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Datepace and its developers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including outcomes of conversations or dates influenced by its suggestions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You can stop using Datepace and delete it at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of any stored data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
